Led the migration to a unified Nx monorepo and micro-frontend architecture, letting teams ship independently instead of blocking on a shared release train. Built and rolled out a company-wide design system, reducing UI inconsistency and duplicated component work across teams. Automated the release pipeline end-to-end with Semantic Release and GitLab CI, removing manual steps from deploys and NPM package publishing. Introduced AWS S3/Lambda-based serverless workflows for scalable, low-maintenance infrastructure. Mentor engineers through code review and pair programming, and lead test automation efforts to keep releases reliable. Evaluate and introduce new tools and approaches to keep the team's stack current.

Shipped financial products end-to-end across web, iOS, and Android using Next.js, React Native, and Nest.js. Built out CI with GitHub Actions and deployed on Google Cloud, reducing manual release work. Integrated Stripe, DocuSign, Google Calendar, and Discourse to support the core user and coach workflows. Improved SEO and added event tracking to give the product team real usage data. Drove test coverage with Cypress, Jest, and React Testing Library, catching regressions before release. Took both mobile apps live on the App Store and Google Play.

Built the Android, Android TV, and Fire TV apps from scratch as lead engineer, growing the product into a top-10 app in Italy. Shipped live streaming, a Chromecast web app for live classes, and real-time chat via WebSockets, expanding what the platform could offer paying users. Set up Firebase-backed infrastructure and multiple build configurations to support rapid iteration across device types. Introduced GitLab CI/CD and a full integration/unit test suite to keep quality high as the app scaled.

Built the company's web app in React and a companion mobile app in Angular/Cordova, extending reach to a single codebase across platforms. Introduced Redux for predictable state management as the app grew in complexity. Designed and built RESTful APIs on a Laravel/PHP backend to support both clients. Automated deployment scripts and added unit test coverage to reduce release risk.

Improved frontend UX with jQuery and Bootstrap and built out REST APIs and backend services in PHP. Optimized SQL schema design, improving query performance as data volume grew. Implemented SEO improvements that increased organic visibility.

Built and maintained the university-wide AngularJS application used by students, professors, and staff, digitizing key administrative processes and improving day-to-day efficiency. Implemented the PHP/MySQL backend and integrated AJAX-based APIs for real-time data updates. Automated email notifications with scheduled cron jobs.
